the location proved excellent for accessing shibuya and harajuku. the hotel offered complimentary ice cream and yogurt after using the public bath. laundry facilities were convenient (i used them once ).
the room felt quite small, especially for unpacking luggage comfortably. i found the breakfast prices to be high (2500 yen per person). the train noise was noticeable throughout the night despite the soundproofing efforts.

the hotel's proximity to shibuya station is excellent. a courier service is nearby. i found harajuku, a short walk away, good. the rooms were clean, organized, and lovely. i had a good stay, for sure.
the beds were unexpectedly hard, sadly. i woke up a little sore each morning.

i found the staff very helpful. the free ice cream in the evening was a treat and the onsen was immaculate. soaking in the hot springs was a must after exploring.
The room was small. It felt a bit tight. i wish there had been a little more space to move around.

quiet atmospherenatural bathlate-night sobathin pillows
I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. It was REALLY unexpected. The natural hot spring bath on the top floor was amazing. I found the onsen especially luxurious. Ice cream after the bath and the late-night soba service added to my positive experience. The guest room was clean, and I found it easy to relax.
The pillows were quite thin. I found it a bit uncomfortable.
